Real estate agent Sanitus Augustave believes that every family deserves a permanent address, and he makes it his mission to help his clients find theirs. Originally from Haiti, his younger years were marked by frequent moves to avoid hikes in rental prices, and he had a different address every year. Those were challenging times, and now as an agent, he works to help families make the best possible decision when choosing their next — permanent — home.

Licensed by the state of Florida since 2018, Sanitus has a wealth of experience in sales and customer service. He originally completed an associate degree in business administration at Broward College, and he also attended Florida Atlantic University, studying accounting and finance. He spent 10 years working in customer service and another eight in sales, and his real estate business allows him to merge those experiences. He prioritizes building relationships with clients and community members, and he is proud to be an agent who cares and goes the extra mile to help his clients.

In addition to his passion for real estate, Sanitus enjoys playing soccer with friends, traveling, and spending time with family. He loves helping his community and has been involved with his church and local youth organizations.
